Jesus taught faith, not just facts; a way to live, not just words; understanding and wisdom, not just knowledge; divine love, not just divine law. Jesus taught for whole-person learning, growth, and development. He nurtured His disciples, encouraging, comforting, and urging them to learn through His selfless ministry to them and to the world. Through His relationship with them, Jesus helped His disciples to grow and develop towards more consistently doing what He did.
