Women’s Ministry Fall Study begins Wednesday, September 15th
Women’s Ministry is a place to connect, a place to grow. Join us weekly beginning September 15th on Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m. or at 7 p.m. for Priscilla Shirer’s study, “He Speaks to Me,” based on the life of Samuel. Childcare is provided and registration brochures are available this morning at the Information Booth. Reservations for childcare should be emailed to childcare@gateway-community.org.
Barnes & Miner - Comedy Date Night - Friday, September 17th at 7 p.m.
Bring your spouse and your friends to Barnes & Miner, That’s a Marriage! Part Reality. Part Therapy. All Comedy! Tickets go on sale NOW, $25/couple in advance, or $30 at the door. Childcare is being offered by reservation only (email childcare@gateway-community.org). Coffee and dessert will be served after the show.
Third Saturday Day of Service - September 18th
Gateway’s monthly Day of Service is back, only now it’s on the third Saturday of each month. On September 18th, we are returning to Kidz Harbor to continue framing, roofing and siding. Meet at Gateway at 7:15 a.m. to carpool and work from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please bring your own water, insect repellent, work gloves and any tools/equipment you have, such as ladders, extension cords, skill saws, sawhorses, wheelbarrows, hammers, measuring tapes, pencils, squares and nail aprons. Make A Difference! There are numerous ways to give back on Sunday mornings, and serving kids could possibly end up being one of the most rewarding hours of your week. Gateway Kids provides hands on training/observations and these begin September 19th. Questions? Looking for a Life Group? Attend Group Connection - Sun. September 19th at 12:15 p.m. You will not want to miss this once-a-year event for those considering Life Groups. This high- energy fun packed hour will let you meet and connect with others who live in your area of town, or are in the same life stage who are also looking for a Life Group.
