Guest Services - Team Gateway

Team Gateway volunteers are committed to welcoming people to Gateway on Sunday mornings 

The mission of Team Gateway is create an atmosphere of warmth and personal acceptance providing a safe place for people to take the next step toward Christ.

Our Guest Services Team performs the following functions:

Parking Lot – Greet & assist our guests in parking lot
Greeters – Greet & direct our guests
"Welcome Desk" – Answer basic questions about our campus & direct our guests
First-time Guest Host – Welcome our first-time guests and offer gift
Coffee Team – prepare the complimentary coffee served on Sunday mornings
Ushers – assist our guests in the auditorium before, during and after worship services
 
Guest services functions which happen within Gateway Kids (Background Check Required):

Kid Connect – Assist families with children as they use our computer check-in system
Team GPS – Assist new families with children by guiding them from check-in to their classrooms
Hallway Monitors - Patrol the children’s hallways during the service
Room Monitors - Monitor our children’s large group rooms during high traffic times (check-in & check-out)

Serving is scheduled on a rotating basis.  Some of the teams allow you to serve at the service you attend (although you may need to enter the auditorium after the service has begun, or leave before the service ends).
