 Team Gateway
Team Gateway is ministry of volunteers committed to welcoming people to the church and providing services such as distributing bulletins, parking lot assistance, escorting people with umbrellas in the rain and providing cmplimetary fresh coffee each Sunday.
The mission of Team Gateway is create an atmosphere of warmth and personal acceptance providing a safe place for people to take the next step toward Christ.
Volunteer opportunities:
1. Ushers - Arrive 20 minutes before the service begins. Greet people in the auditorium and distribute programs at the door. Assist people in seating, pass the baskets for the offering and tidy the auditorium between services.
2. Greeters - stationed on the sidewalk, at the front doors and in the coffee shop to welcome people to Gateway and answer questions.
3. Information Table - volunteers who answer questions, hand out brochures, and register people for activities such as Alpha and Bible Study.
4. Parking Lot Shepherds - direct traffic and greet people as they park.
5. Coffee Ministry - prepare the complimentary coffee we serve and maintain the supply during the services.
6. Medical Response Team - medical professionals who are available to handle medical emergencies on Sunday morning.
