Your First Visit
Welcome!
We look forward to seeing you in Gateway Kids. Please know that your family is a welcome guest and we hope that your family has a great first time experience. Our staff and volunteers work hard to make your first time visit a positive, safe and meaningful one. Here are a few things that will help you have a successful morning.
When to arrive? Check In begins 15 minutes prior to service times
Where to go? Once you are in the building, simply ask one of our greeters to point you to the Children's Visitor Check In

Visitor Check In Registration? At the Visitor Check In you will fill out a registration form. If there are special needs or allergies please record these on this form, and we recommend that you verbally inform the classroom volunteer. Our helpful GPS team will give you needed information, escort you and your child to their classroom, and introduce your child to the volunteer in charge.
Check Out Procedure? After the service you will pick up your child using the receipt tag you were given at Check In.
How will Gateway Kids contact me if my child needs me? Pagers are available upon request, or in lieu of a pager you may opt to leave your cell phone number at the Check In and we will text or call you.
What are some of Gateway Kids safety precautions? Team Leaders, Hallway Monitors, and Staff are founding roaming the hallways for an added means of safety and security. All Gateway Kids volunteers will have on name tags that identify them.
Check In at my next visit to Gateway? When you visit again, you will simply check in at our Kid Connect station.
Nursing Mothers? You are invited to use the ladies restroom located to the right as you exit the auditorium. The service may be viewed and heard from this location with privacy.
